Hi, I'm The Restless Teacher

I am Stephen Dumba, a teacher of ICT from Uganda. For nearly two decades, I have empowered thousands of students, fellow teachers, and schools with practical digital skills that extend far beyond the classroom. I believe that technology should not simply be taught – it should be used to solve real problems, create opportunities, and transform communities. My work sits at the intersection of education, technology, and community. Whether I’m training teachers, mentoring students or speaking at a meetup or WordCamp,  my goal remains the same: to make technology meaningful, accessible, and impactful.
